Rich tomato and chicken casserole

Ingredients:



600 grams
chicken drumsticks evacuated clip cut 4 cm width


100g green beans trimmed and cut in half

2 cups fresh tomato juice

1 cup onion roast in the oven sliced

2/3 cup chicken broth

½ cup potatoes roasted in the oven diced

¼ cup Islands roast in the oven section cubes

¼ cup roasted zucchini in the oven diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 steak crunchy chopped small

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Toast to provide



Way:

1 - heat half the oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook the hicken

     In batches until well blush and then transfer to a platter.

2 - heats up the rest of the oil in the same pot and add onion and garlic and stir for 1 minute

     Then add the bacon and stir until blush.

3 - Add the flour and tomato paste and stir for 1 minute, then add tomato juice

     The marinade and leave to boil and season with salt and pepper.

4 - re-chicken pot and add potatoes, carrots, zucchini, vinegar and reduce fire.

5 - simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked

     Then add the beans and cook until beans soften slightly.

6 - offers casserole with bread.
