Clean Fresh fruit Smoothie


Ingredients

1/2 cup soy dairy (or other milk)
1/2 cup white grapes juice
1 cup berries, stemmed
1/2 cup blueberry chunks
1/2 orange, packed (for tartness if desired)
1/4 tsp. Supplement C powdered (1 capsule)
Pinch sodium, more suitable greyish salt
Small few clean seedless grapes

Preparation

Add all components to mixer. Combination until sleek. If you'd like an ice cold shake, blend and then add ice to preferred reliability.
