How to prepare a Mexican steak


Ingredients
-Beef Steak: 4 pcs (thick) 
-White vinegar: 2 tablespoons (balsamic vinegar) 
-Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon 
-Corn Oil: 4 tablespoons (or olive oil) 
-Onions: 2 pcs (cut into wings) 
-Pepper: Half a large grain (thinly sliced) 
-Red pepper: Half medium bead (sweet cut into thin slices) 
-Green pepper: Half medium bead (sweet cut into thin slices) 
-Salt: 1 teaspoon 
-Paprika: 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation method

Wipe the pieces  "Steak" with vinegar, sprinkle the black pepper on the sides, then leave aside for two minutes.
Wipe the frying pan with oil and heat over strong heat until it becomes a protector. Then, put the steak pieces in it for about minutes to become golden, flip on the other side until the color changes to the golden.
place all the onions and capsicum on the side of the pan, and sprinkle some pepper, stirring these vegetables to become golden, with cooking  "Steak" at the same time.
Sprinkle the salt and the "paprika " on my Side/"steak" and pepper and onion, and serve directly.
